The Guat!

As of yesterday, I am officially going to Guatemala January 2nd-10th with the college group for a missions trip! We will be building a house there for a family who lost their home...

AHHHH! This is going to be an incredible trip!

I need ideas for raising the money to go!

The Lord is always faithful! I am excited to see how He will provide!

I will mow your lawn, clean your house, do you grocery shopping,

wash your car, babysit your kids....

pretty much ANYTHING! So let me know the date and time and I'll be there!!!

Vegas!

I finally was able to book my ticket to Vegas for Sarah and Mani's wedding!

And incase you are wondering, it's a classy wedding in the Paris Hotel. Elvis will not be performing the ceremony!

I am so excited! Sarah, liv, whit, ash and I haven't all been together in so long. It's going to be so much fun!

I also get to spend a couple of days after the wedding with my friend Lindsey who is doing missions work up there!

I can't wait! November 20th better get here fast!

Small group

Last night was the first night of our girls small group that we started at my house!

We have been wanting to do this for soo long, but it never worked out.

There are 4 of us and we meet on Sunday nights! We are going through the book

I got to talk to one of my really close friends Kelli today. It was so exciting to hear all the awesome things God is doing in her life. For so long she has been trying to figure out what she wants to do for the rest of her life. She has figured it out and is going for it! So awesome!

This is something I myself am still trying to figure out. The desire of my heart is to be where the Lord wants me, but where is that?! Right now I have the most fulfilling and exciting job I have ever had. I without a shadow of a doubt know that this IS where God has placed me right now, but what about 2, 3 or 4 years down the road?!

I KNOW that God has given me a passion and calling for full time missions. Right now I have been doing everything I can to pay off my school loans so when the door opens to go I can walk through it with no debt and nothing holding me back. But I'm not sure about when that time will come! I am so excited for when it does tho!

In the mean time what should I do?! I have thought about taking some more college classes, but I can't really afford to. For so long I have really wanted to do some sort of TV broadcasting or something along those lines, as well as maybe doing wedding planning. I AM A MESS!! Haha there are so many things i love to do!

My relationship with the Lord has been such an incredible journey. I can only imagine how exciting the rest of it will be! Until I figure it out a little bit better, I'm gonna turn all my worrying into trusting HIM! I don't care where I am or what I'm doing! As long as I'm a part of something bigger than myslef...I will be soo happy!

Planet Fitness!

So planet fitness has got it goin ON!

$20 a month gets you free tanning beds, the gym, and you can bring a friend as much as you want!

I joined last week and it has been glorious.

Whit and I are now starting to get there at 5:30 in the mornings to work out before we go to work!

It's not as bad as I thought it would be!

This week has been so busy!

Last week my closet got flooded from some old plumming in the bathroom. They had to take all the drywall out and the tub and start all over. I have learned that you can't trust anyone these days except your DAD!

We had a few sketchy plummers. My dad ended up doing it all himself. He is soo HANDY!

We thought it wouldn't take too long to fix it...a week later and we moved back in last night!

It's so good to be home! I think I have taken for granted having my own place. It's good for me to be reminded of how much the Lord has blessed me. Our new bathroom looks soo gorgeous!

Also, last night I had the good idea to pick up some hair dye.

Sounded like a good idea at the time.

ALWAYS READ THE FINE PRINT

The color said dark brown....the fine print on the back said you're hair could turn black.

and I didn't realize this until i blow dryed my hair and it was BLACK as night.

What can i say...I look pretty harcore

the vmas...

So last night I was really disappointed in the vmas...

It has always been pretty bad...but i think this years pretty much did it for me.

First of all, i think mtv picked the worst host possible to represent them. We pretty much kept it on mute everytime he was talking. He had nothing good to stay. The only funny thing about him was his tight pants and out of control hair!

I was bummed to see how masculine woman have become these days. Britney spears was looking pretty classy compared to everyone else... Crazy!

After watching that i am so motivated to share Christ with people.
